Kam Day
wasatch high school head coach and wasatch wrestling club director
Coach Day is in his 12th year of coaching wrestling, with this being his 6th year at Wasatch High School and his 3rd year as head coach. A lifelong wrestler, Coach Day has a deep passion for the sport and is committed to passing on the valuable lessons wrestling has taught him, both on and off the mat. When he’s not coaching, you can find him outdoors hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family. Coach Day is a proud father of three and considers himself lucky to have a supportive wife by his side, supporting him through it all.
